Year 3/Year 6 Transition
Transition to Key Stage 3
One of our key aims in Year 6 is to ensure that the transition to secondary school is as smooth as possible for all pupils. Children transferring to Brookfield Community School in September are invited to a ‘Bridging Day’ in June. This is followed in July with a formal Induction Day. Similar arrangements are usually made for pupils attending other local secondary schools.
