Welcome to the Locks Heath Junior School ICT Suite, where children experience innovative and up to date software by the touch of their finger tips. Every week children receive exciting programming, multi-media and digital learning opportunities that will prepare them for the future. Our computing curriculum comprises of such software as Scratch, Kodu, Flowol, SAM Animation, Audacity and many more...
Children can also access our new virtual learning environment, EducationCity.com, which has hundreds of interactive games, songs, videos, tests and competitive platforms for children to immerse themselves in their learning.
This is also where blogging club is held each week, where the children can write about their learning in school through developing their digital literacy skills. If your child is interested in this club make sure they keep an eye out for the termly letters or speak to Mr. Bailey.
Have a look below at what each Year group has been up to each term and see some examples of their fantastic work.
