Eco-Warriors Litter Pick

To support Keep Britain Tidy, our Eco-Warriors walked to Locks Heath Centre to carry out a litter pick.  To begin with, the children were quite pleased with how clean and tidy the grass areas appeared to be.....but a closer look in the wooded areas revealed all sorts of horrible rubbish: crisp packets, drink bottles, loose paper and bottle tops to name just a few.

A big thanks to Fareham Borough Council for providing us with all the equipment and we look forward to carrying out a further beach litter pick in the summer term.
