Avon Tyrrell

Experience the great outdoors  at Avon Tyrrell. Set in 65 acres in the beautiful New Forest National Park it is the ideal location for an adventurous few days of activities!

Staying in a grade I listed calendar house, the children are in awe of the historical charm of the property.   Split across three floors, the children sleep in dormitories, enjoy the large dining hall and hearty meals and enjoy a disco in the drawing room and main hall.

Activities will include:

  • riding mountain bikes through an area of the New Forest
  • paddling kayaks across the beautiful lake
  • making huge catapults in the grounds of the property
  • learning new knot-tying skills to make a raft, launch it and stay afloat on the lake
  • taking time to enjoy the outdoors by pond-dipping

There are also many opportunities to play team games, enjoy the outdoor areas and create artwork in the woods.
